Unlimited Emails vs Deliver All the Emails You Want    
Other vendors may claim to offer unlimited emails with their accounts. However they may limit the number of campaigns you can deliver in a week. Or they may require you to submit your campaign for review before they will deliver it. The review process can cause delays effectively limiting how many emails you could get out in a  month. Some vendors restrict the number of times you can deliver the same campaign or the total number of campaigns delivered in a month. Sounds like a lot of stuff limiting your ability to send unlimited emails. Our lowest packages include 5,000 email deliveries. If you need more deliveries this month you can buy more. If you do not need them next month you simple do not purchase. Your basic subscription price is not affected. If you are a high volume marketer please contact us for volume discounts.
Subscriber Pricing vs Flat Rate Pricing    
Charge by number of subscribers. Most vendors count the prospect each time they appear in a list. For example if a prospect appears in 10 lists, they count as 10 prospects. We do not charge by prospects. We charge a flat rate which includes 5,000 email deliveries. Even our entry level package allows a quarter million prospects. You can always buy more.
One and Done Campaigns vs Reusable Valuable Assets    
For each campaign you have to create a new list, a new message and you get to run just one time. You can not reuse any part of this work. We treat prospects, lists, images, email messages, and campaigns as permanent reusable assets. Our campaigns are plug and play. At any time, any component of the campaign can be changed. Our higher level applications, bizLead onwards, provide for landing pages that can be modified even after sending campaigns and the prospects always see the latest change.
Bureaucracy vs Technology    
When you import a list of prospects, you have to wait for a review process before you can use the list. Some vendors even freeze your account while you are waiting for the review to complete. We do not review lists and we do not freeze your account. We use advanced technology to prevent sending emails to bad email addresses, to people who unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.
Multiple Copies of Prospects vs A Single Copy    
Managing prospects is a challenge because there are multiple copies. One prospect can appear in many lists and each copy needs to be updated separately. So to update a prospect in three lists means you have to update three times. We do not store a prospect multiple times. A prospect exists one time but can be part of many lists. So all updates happen in one place.
Restricted List Management vs Unrestricted List Management    
Managing lists is cumbersome. There are restrictions on editing (adding, deleting, updating) the lists. You may even have to build a new list each time. Managing lists is very easy. You can add or remove the prospects any time. You can combine, recombine the lists. You can build a list from a list, merge lists, and subtract a list from another. You can also conduct a search (e.g. all prospects that are CEOs and located in 20212 zip code) and build a list.
 Finding Prospects    
Finding prospects can be difficult. They are spread out in various lists and you don’t know where. So you have to manually open each mailing list and scroll through to see if they are in there. Since we only store a prospect one time, you can directly search for the prospect without even bothering with the lists. You can search by the name or any other information you have. Once you find the prospect, you can see all the lists they are part of.
Finding Lists    
If you have many lists, you may have trouble finding one. We provide extensive list search functionality. You can search by the name, the size and the creation date. You can use any of these search parameters in combination. In case you know of a prospect that is on the list that you are looking for, you can go to the prospect details and see all the lists that prospect is in. In addition, whenever you need to work with a list, we usually have a selection box that lists all of them.
 Finding Email Messages    
It is difficult to search for an email message. Many vendors do not even store one. We provide extensive email message search functionality. You can search by the title, subject, and the creation date. You can also search for words in the body of the email message. You can use any of these search parameters in combination. In addition, whenever you need to work with an email message, we usually have a selection box that lists all of them.
Finding Campaigns    
No provision to save or search for a campaign. We provide extensive campaign search functionality. You can search by the title, list, email message, sender name, sender email, and last updated date. You can use any of these search parameters in combination. In addition, whenever you need to work with a campaign, we usually have a selection box that lists all of them.
All or Nothing Data Import vs Check and Review Data Import    
If there are any problems while importing data, the whole file is rejected. They may or may not even tell you what is wrong. It's all or nothing and you may be left in the dark. Our data import process performs many checks. It checks for and flags repeating records within the file as well as pre-existing prospects in your account. You have the opportunity to review and correct errors. Any problem records are flagged and rejected. The good records are imported. If you choose to reject the import, the whole file is rejected and you can start over. If you accept, only the good records are kept.
 Separating Pre-Existing and New Prospects in Data Import    
You import a list that contains a mix of pre-existing and new prospects. There is no easy way to separate the two. If you want to target a campaign to pre-existing prospects and a different one for new prospects, you have to sort them manually. You do not have to sort out them out manually. Our data import process performs many checks. It checks for and flags repeating records within the file as well as pre-existing prospects in your account. You can build up to 2 lists, one for the new prospects and one for the pre-existing ones.
External Links vs Internal Links    
Many vendors only support external links for multi-media files. This means you need to use a third party such as YouTube to host your video. The link in your email may take your reader out of your email and into the third party's site. If that link fails for any reason your reader will not see your video or media file. With our media gallery, we host audio, video, pdf, and image files for you so you don’t have to use external links. No danger of external links failing or readers wandering off surfing on somebody else's web site instead of reading your email. Of course if you would still like to use external links you certainly can.
Template Only vs Template or Freeform    
Difficult to build complex or totally customized email messages if none of the templates meet your requirements. Creating a custom designed message can be very difficult if not totally prohibited. We provide a WYSIWIG (What You See Is What You Get) interface for building email messages. It’s like editing in MS Word. We have also have pre-built templates you can use. The templates are responsive so they cater to any device including mobile. Knowledge of HTML is not required but is helpful if you plan to create complex email messages.
 Limited Personalization vs Wide Ranging Personalization    
Personalization of email messages is limited. Some allow personalization only in the opening of the email or only in the subject line. Some offer a limited selection of data fields for place holders. You can personalize both your email subject and the body. You can choose from many place holders for your signature, prospect’s name, title, company and more. You can position up to 30 place holders within the email message wherever you want them. When the email message is actually sent, the place holder values are replaced with the data you specified.
No Edit vs Anytime Editing of Campaigns    
You set up a campaign for delivery and then you find a problem. You have no way to recover.

You can alter any component of your campaign up until the time of delivery. Any emails, once delivered, can not be changed or retracted. But if that discount was supposed to be 10% and a typo made it 100% you can correct your email copy any time prior to delivery. Up to the minute editing can be critically important when responding to rapidly changing market conditions.

Our higher level applications, bizLead onwards, integrate landing pages that can be modified even after they have been published. When the prospect clicks thru, even months later, they will always see the latest version of the landing page. Thus your campaigns can be ever green.
No New Prospects vs Making New Friends    
Most vendors do not allow true email marketing. You are not allowed to email to new prospects that you have not met. Initially, an email is given a benefit of doubt and allowed to be sent. If a prospect unsubscribes or marks your email as spam, they are automatically excluded from future campaigns.
Big Brother is Watching  vs Technology to Assist    
Your account gets frozen if you have bounced emails or unsubscribes. All your campaigns are stopped, your account is locked and you have very little recourse. They may not even tell you what is wrong or how you can fix it. We do not block or freeze your account. We prefer to detect before we deny. We use technology to prevent sending emails to bad email addresses, to people who unsubscribe or mark your emails as spam.
Spam Score Checking    
No way to pre-check spam score for your email message. As you build your email message, you can check the spam score and edit it to bring it to 0.
Short Term Memory vs Long Term Relationship    
Many vendors delete your subscribers (prospects) after some time even if you are still a customer in good standing. As long you are an active customer, we don’t delete your assets – lists, email messages, images, multi-media, prospects.
Incomplete Integration vs Total Integration    
Many platforms are incomplete. They require third party apps to deliver the services you need. You can be left to deal with integration issues or get caught between two vendors. All our applications are self contained. CRM, email delivery and business intelligence are all built in within the application.
Industry Discrimination vs Industry Agnostic    
Other vendors cherry pick who they let use their platform. They restrict companies in certain industries or markets from using their system. For example many do not allow affiliate marketers or anyone in the financial sector. We are industry agnostic.  As long as you are not violating the law or behaving unethically we do not interfere.
How Many Groups? vs Who Needs Groups?    
Other email providers define groups within a list and then they limit to certain number of groups (e.g. 5). You can not send emails to more groups than that in one campaign run. To send to more groups, you have to create another campaign. We do not use the concept of groups within lists. You can build as many lists as you like and hook them to any campaigns you like. So there is no need for groups. Our campaigns are plug and play. At any time, you can change which list is used by a campaign.
You're Not Welcomed Back vs Inviting Lost Sheep Back to the Flock    
Changing the status of unsubscribes to subscribes is a burdensome process. People change their minds. Someone may unsubscribe today and decide they may be interested again next month. We provide an option to send a subscribe request email, as spelled out by the CANSPAM rules. If they opt back in they can start receiving emails from you.
 Who's In And Who's Out?    
No reporting on who unsubscribed. You don't know who's in or who's out. All unsubscribes are reported in your account along with a reason for unsubscribing if the prospect chose to provide one. You always know who's in and who's out.
Unsubscribe Once    
Prospects have to be unsubscribed from every list manually. One big difference between other email vendors and us is that we do not store a prospect multiple times. A prospect exists one time but can be part of many lists. So you just have to unsubscribe a prospect one time.
Self Promotion    
Use of vendor’s logo and promotional verbiage in the emails. Your prospects only see your information, not ours.
Unlimited Emails (not really) vs No Limits    
Daily limits on number of emails being sent. We have no limits. The only limits are the number of email deliveries you have purchased.
No DIY Templates vs Build Your Own if You Like    
No ability to build your own templates. You can build an email message that you would like to use as a template. Then just make a copy and edit.
Transporting an Email Message    
Can not import an email message built with another provider. Simply copy and paste the HTML source in our editor.
Limited List Export vs Let Your Data Travel    
Exporting of prospects is limited to one list at a time. You can export all the prospects in your account or export lists. To make our exports even more powerful, you can conduct a search (e.g. all CEOs in 22043 zip code), build a list and export that list.
DIY Maintenance vs Free Maintenance    
Many vendors expect you to do all the maintenance chores. Not only that but they do not provide the tools to do the job either. So you must handle unsubscribes, delivery failures and a host of other tasks one at a time manually. Our technology automatically detects bad email addresses, tracks unsubscribes, and spam reports. So your campaigns run smoothly even on cold mornings, no work required.
